The mounting design for the heatsinks are different. On the G3HR7 Motherboard the Heatsink mounts via threaded screws, on the T568R the mounting is via plastic tabs that press into the motherboard. One with not fit the other. We have found the correct heatsink for the T568R, that is being sold here, is the Dell JPM3M.
